The Valley Conservation Council serves the following Virginia counties (and Cities): Alleghany, Augusta (Staunton, Waynesboro), Bath, Botetourt, Frederick (Winchester), Highland, Page, Rockbridge (Buena Vista, Lexington), Rockingham (Harrisonburg) , Shenandoah and Warren.
