Wednesday, June 11: Better Development Symposium. 2pm Green Tour leaving Stonewall Jackson Hotel; 4pm Tom Hylton, Save our Land, Save our Towns presentation; 5pm VCC's Better Models Awards and reception; Dinner in groups at various restaurants around downtown Staunton. Thursday, June 12: 8:30am VaULT annual meeting; 9-11, Optional Historic Staunton Architectural Tour; 12:00 Lunch with Keynote address by Governor Tim Kaine; 1:30-5:00 Concurrent workshops; 6:30pm Banquet at the Frontier Culture Museum
Friday, June 13: 7:30- 8:45 Networking breakfast with speaker Larry Durbin, Assistant Commissioner, Va. Dept. of Tax. 9-12:30 Concurrent sessions; 12:45 Lunch with speaker Mike Strugar, Director, Conservation Resource Center; 1:45-3:30 Concurrent sessions.
You may register for the entire event, just one day. or as a guest for the Thursday night Banquet. Wednesday's pre-conference events are free. The banquet is included with the full registration fee. Guests and day registrants are welcome to attend the Banquet for an additional fee. A light breakfast and full lunch is provided each day. Registrants are responsible for lodging and any other meals.
Lodging: The Stonewall Jackson Hotel is holding a block of rooms for conference participants
at $70 for singles and $105 for doubles. Reservations must be made by May 21
for these special rates, and the number of rooms is limited.
