Thomas J. Lockhart is a native of Warren County, Virginia and was born in 1958. He graduated from Randolph Macon Academy in 1976, Bridgewater College in 1980, and the University of Baltimore law school in 1983. He resides in Bentonville where with other family members he owns and operates several family farms in Warren County. One of the farms, along the Shenandoah River, was placed under conservation easement with the Virginia Outdoors Foundation in 2007. Tom has served on the Board of Scenic 340 Project, Inc. and currently on the Board of the Warren Heritage Society.
